Summer 2025
This collection was born from a sense of space — between thought and word, between the body and the fabric. We looked for a form that follows rather than defines. That supports rather than shapes.
The image of wind became a natural anchor.
In Japanese culture, wind is not only a force or direction — it’s a way of moving through the world: gentle, effortless, present. It doesn’t resist. It passes through, leaving change behind. That’s how we imagined clothing for this summer.
The silhouettes are fluid, yet precise.
The fabric follows the body without constraining it. Every detail is about lightness without losing structure: soft lines, open cuts, carefully balanced volumes. Organza, cotton, silk, and sheer jersey — materials that move with air, adding flow instead of weight.
The palette feels like summer light: soft but vivid.
Sun-warmed pink, muted yellow, sand, skin, white, deep black — tones that feel lived-in, open, honest.
There was no concept to prove. Just a feeling to follow. What you reach for when you don’t want to decide. What moves with the body, not against it.
Katimo Summer 2025 is about freedom that doesn’t alter you — it brings you back to yourself. Not the movement around you, but the wind beneath your skin.
The quiet force where everything begins.
