Fall-Winter 24/25
In the Katimo Fall-Winter 24/25 collection, designer Kateryna Tymoshenko explores the juxtaposition of aggression and tenderness, carefully dissecting the tension between these opposing emotions. The flaming Japanese golden-daisy embodies this interaction, serving as a strong symbol manifested in subtle prints on skirts and sweatshirts.
The FW24/25 collection draws broad inspiration from racing, reflecting the designer’s desire to infuse the slower, colder season with greater intensity.
Action-oriented designs include hybrid trousers, shoulder-pad shirts, anatomical leggings, as well as Velcro jackets, dresses, and skirts. The contrast of various technical features and lightweight, dressier fabrics is accentuated by the striking color scheme — muted khaki, grey, and brown are enhanced by confectionery shades of pink.
As usual, Tymoshenko utilizes stock fabrics and leftover materials to maintain the brand’s commitment to slow fashion.
The Katimo FW24/25 collection represents Tymoshenko’s attempt to inject dynamic energy into a season traditionally focused on comfort and slowing down. Modernity demands dynamism, and to align with this, one must dress appropriately — luckily, Katimo has you covered.
